Our Choice Life Approach™ Process:

Our Choice Life Approach™ process is a systematic process that inspires people to make the changes they want to make in life in order to better their lives.

Our strategy engages people to develop key qualities of their self-leadership ability that enables them to re-establish a resilient life structure.  A structure that encourages them to commit to redefining their boundaries in life based on their personal values – what brings them happiness in life.   A structure that will emotionally, intellectually, physically, and viscerally support them in rediscovering their potential by changing their internal and external behavioural patterns (choices and actions) to better their lives. 

This is their ability to consciously influence their thoughts and behaviours in order to accomplish goals that lead to realizing their dreams in life.  The results are that people develop the courage to create meaningful and rewarding experiences that lead to living a fulfilling and happy life.

Our approach shifts the way people see and think of themselves, how they perceive situations and challenges in life – (obstacles to opportunities mindset), how to change their thoughts from being negative to positive (victim to victor mindset), how to change their language from reactive to proactive (judger to learner mindset), and how to change to change or modify their behaviours from being destructive to being healthy.  Our approach demonstrates how important it is to nurture and express their own individuality in life in order to find personal happiness.  

Our process has three key components, these are:

KEY #1:  


To increase awareness about how we all have the necessary courage and life tools within us to define and create what brings us happiness in life.

→  Share as much knowledge about the benefits of using key qualities of our own self-leadership ability – our ability to consciously influence our thoughts and behaviours to create meaningful and rewarding experiences for ourselves in order to live a fulfilling and happy life.

KEY #2:


To distinguish the difference between our values and our beliefs, and the impact of choices made from either one in our daily life. 

→  Share as much knowledge about how important it is to understand the authenticity behind the principles we live by – our values, and the beliefs we create or adopt from others. Share how our values come from our internal awareness – our feelings as opposed to beliefs which are external perceptions – opinions that are adopted and recorded as information and emotions by our three-brain system. Explore how beliefs can be empowering or limiting, divisive and judgmental.

→  Consider the necessity to establish a resilient life structure and healthy boundaries based on our values.   

KEY #3:


To demonstrate how these affect the outcome of our life.

→  Share as much knowledge about how important it is to understand the impact of choices we make and their ripple effect in our daily life.

→  Share as much knowledge about how important it is to view and understand our behaviours as tools to create our happiness in life.

→  Share how chunking down actions we take on a daily basis into simple, manageable and doable steps encourages forward momentum towards reaching our goals, and keeps us engaged in creating a fulfilling and happy life.

→  Consider welcoming changes in our behaviours as opportunities to grow and evolve in life.  Welcoming life changes as endless possibilities to become the best version of ourselves instead of perceiving these as obstacles – fears, trepidations that ultimately hold us back in life. 

Our Choice Life Approach™ structure includes a model, strategy and practice.

Our Choice Life Approach™ model illustrates how important it is to nurture and express our own individuality in life in order to create a fulfilling and happy life.  I
n fact, I believe nurturing and expressing our individuality – our values and our passions in life, is our life’s purpose.


Our Choice Life Approach™ 3-step strategy inspires people to develop the courage to
→  open their mind to endless possibilities,
learn to let go of what is outlived – what no longer serves them in life in order to welcome
is unlived – new experiences in life,
→  and, 
welcome changes in life as opportunities, not obstacles.  

Our strategy encourages forward momentum by helping people define and connect with what brings them happiness in life by learning how to make authentic choices based on their values.  This helps them start to establish a resilient life structure and create healthy boundaries that enables them to take small achievable steps towards modifying and creating new behaviours in life.   The key self-leadership qualities required for developing this ability are self-esteem, self-respect, self-reliance/trust, self-confidence, self-motivation, and self-determination.  

Our Choice Life Approach™ strategy helps people create a roadmap that has them work backwards from their end result.  Why?  Because doing so sends a signal to the brain that the end result is already accomplished.  It frees the mind to start thinking of what they need and what is required to achieve their end result.  This sets the process in motion instead of getting discouraged or frustrated focussing on realizing a final result or dream that seems so far away that may take time to accomplish.  Human beings need instant recognition to stay motivated.  Studies have shown this for years.  This is why so any workplaces have employee recognition programs – to recognize their efforts and keep them engaged. 

This is the purpose of our roadmap.  A path for people to follow, a process that recognizes their efforts, celebrates each win/success as it unfolds along the way, and one that inspires them to remain engaged on their end result.  Not having such a roadmap is one of the reasons why most people give up on accomplishing their goals in life.  Our roadmap, tools and techniques offer different perspectives to reach their end result.  We simply help people chunk down each goal along their roadmap into simple and achievable steps, focusing on opportunities available to them instead of limiting their choices based on their present situation and schedule.
