The structure of our Choice Life Approach™ model illustrates that being happy in life is at the centre of our being as individuals – it is our raison d’être. In order to experience a fulfilling and happy life, we must balance all aspects that make us human beings. Our approach shifts the way you see and think of yourself, how you perceive situations and challenges in life – (obstacles to opportunities mindset). It helps you change your thinking from being negative to positive (victim to victor mindset), your language and behaviours from reactive to proactive (judger to learner mindset).
Our Choice Life Approach™ strategy inspires and guides people by first helping them to define what brings them happiness in life; second, developing the confidence and skills to welcome it in their life; and third, to find the courage to take full ownership of their uniqueness by expressing it through their passions and dreams throughout their life story. This approach is basically about aligning your external awareness (3-brain system and physical body) with your internal awareness (mind and soul – your purpose and passions) in life. Aligning what you think and do with what you feel in order to just be who you are.
Our Choice Life Approach™ self-leadership coaching tools and techniques help you map out the actions you need to take to become the best version of yourself and create a meaningful and happy life. Our tools and techniques redirect your 3-brain system to focus on the endless possibilities available to you thereby offering up new perspectives and creating different results – opportunities instead of limiting the choices available to you. Throughout life, some experiences present themselves as challenges and obstacles. These can overshadow your good intentions in life. When this happens, our S.O.U.L. Knowing how many responsibilities we all have to juggle in life, I knew the structure I would create had to be practical and sensible. So, without further ado… the Choice Life Approach™ was created. It’s based on our model (the foundation and structure for our approach), followed by our strategy (a plan of action to follow), and our modus operandi – our S.O.U.L. Practice™ (suggested guidelines which can be used on its own but more effective with self-leadership coaching techniques and tools).
It’s more than acceptable to be scared at first and throughout the process but as you become confident about the choices you make, trust me you quickly learn to welcome changes in your life as opportunities to bring in new experiences that help you realize your dreams and evolve as a human being. You simply no longer resist change in life because you feel invested in yourself, your well-being and committed to accomplishing your goals in life – your purpose in life.
