Why e-booklets and not a book?
What if I told you… that we decided on e-booklets because we simply want people to have quick access and reference to suggestions on how to create the life changes they want to make in life. Why a trilogy? Because our objective is to be as efficient as possible in helping you get started on creating what makes you feel and be happy in life. Since we don’t want you to waste valuable time reading a complete book cover to cover before finding the answers to your questions, each booklet is designed to address one of the three key facets of your self-care ability which are: your self-love, self-worth and self-reliance by developing six key qualities of your self-leadership ability: self-esteem, self-respect, self-trust, self-confidence, self-motivation, and self-determination.
These booklets are for people of all ages! It is always the right time to reach for your goals and actualize your dreams in life. Trust me, not because I’m the wise old owl a dear friend of mine likes to call me…. I’m not old (lol), nor wise enough to own this title but I do love owls, but simply because life is about creating the freedom to do what makes you feel and be happy through life. I start from the premise…
that everyone is unique and have the necessary life tools to accomplish their goals and actualize their aspirations in life. However, life situations or circumstances can sometimes leave you feeling overwhelmed, unable to move forward no matter what you try to do. You come to the conclusion of being incapable of trusting your own ability to cope with life’s challenges, leaving you feeling unable to create and experience what makes you feel and be happy in life.
Making changes in life takes great courage as it asks you to examine the state of your self-care. Self-care is the practice of taking an active role of nurturing and safeguarding all three facets of your own well-being: your self-love, self-worth and self-reliance. It’s about about defining, expressing, creating, and safeguarding the freedom needed to experience happiness in life. I’m talking real, authentic happiness. The kind that has you make choices and take actions that are aligned with your values in life. Values are fundamental ‘truths’ – principles you live by that support you to experience unconditional love, respect, trust, confidence, motivation and determination. Self-care is the foundation for all great relationships to be built upon – personal and professional. Remember that making changes in your life doesn’t mean changing who you are, it means becoming more of who you really want to be.
We sincerely hope… that the information, life strategies and life tools shared within our booklets inspire you to believe in your own inner wisdom instead of giving your power to someone else by letting them choose your path and your course of actions in life. Ultimately, we hope it helps you become the person you know in your heart and soul to be. You’ll learn how to let go of fears, insecurities and vulnerabilities that are holding you back from following your heart, and reaching your full potential.
